Activations Fees: |
Upon selling your software to your clients eCoachSoftware will charge you an
Activation Fee per Home Edition or Professional Edition sale. The Activation
fee varies according to the package / license you have. Activation fees must
be paid before Unlock Code and User Information will be sent.
If eCoachSoftware manage the sale of your
software for you, your Activation costs will be automatically deducted along
with credit card processing fees of 2.5%, with the balance being forwarded
to you within 7 days.
If you manage the software sales yourself
or you sell CD versions of your software you must follow the procedure below
in order to activate your clients software:
1.Inform your client at the time of
purchase that the software they have just purchased has COMPULSORY
registration
2.Upon installing the software your
client must supply you their software Product Number. The product
number is automatically generated during the installation and is displayed
in a trial window that appears each time your software is launched until
your software is Activated. Your customer has 30 days from the date of
installation to Activate their software or the software will not operate
until activation is completed.
3.Purchase your software Activation
from our Store and include your customers name, email address, product (home
or professional) & product number in the area provided.
4.eCoachSoftware will then generate
your customers unique Unlock Code and email it to you or directly to
your customer.
